Hi everyone and welcome to my blog!

My name's Hillary Nguyen.
I am now working for MCCI - one of the best ISO consultancy companies in Hanoi, Vietnam.
I got married to a handsome man^^ and we have 2 sons. Our sons are all my life!
I have a passion for cooking and baking.
My best baking so far is Japanese cotton cheesecake. My favorite dishes are Pizza and Kim chi stew.
Recipes in this blog are collected from various sources and modified by me :-)

For now, I am in love with Korea food and Kim Hyun Joong ^_^

Favorite movie: I have seen "Pretty woman" more than 20 times!
                           "Gone with the wind" is one of my favorite movies too.

Favorite music:  Celine Dion!!! Her voice is amazing.
                            Shaking whenever I hear her voice...
                            I listen to Jim Brickman's as well, especially when I am in bad mood...
